1. Shipping:
We need about 12h-24h to ship the bike during the working days after we receive the payment. Our bicycles are shipped worldwide in a quality secure packaging for safe delivery by National Postal Service. For exact costs of shipping to your country please contact us, sometimes we can provide free shipping on top-level bikes.

2. Payment:
We accept PayPal or bank wire payment. (working on VISA & MASTERCARD).

3. Sizing:
The seat tube length (c-t) lenght of  the seat tube starting at the center of the bottom bracket and center to center of the seat tube.

The top tube length (c-c) is lenght of the top tube from center of the seat tube to the center of the head tube.

The head tube length is lenght along the head tube from bottom to the top of the head tube.

The standover size (for complete bicycles only) is measured from the ground to the top of the top tube.

4. Transport damages:
Vintageitalianbike  is not liable for transport damages. If there occure damages during the transport these need to be addressed with the delivery company.

5. Reservation:
The goods forming the subject of the contract remain the property of  Vintageitalianbike until they have been paid for in full.

6. Right of return:
You have the right to cancel your order within 3 working days. Notice of contract cancellation must be given in writing to Vintageitalianbike, Rome ( Italy) Email vintageitalianbike1980sgmail.com with any further queries.

For orders cancelled we will issue you with a full refund excluding shipping cost. However, you will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in exact. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sendingVintageitalianbike, Rome ( Italy) to . Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice and the goods in acceptable – exact same condition.

Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within 3 working days of receiving the order, by email or post as described above.

7. Pricing Policy:
Prices are shown in €  and are exclusive VAT (there is no VAT for used bikes and parts). If you pay in AUD, USD or other currency please contact us for exact amount

8. Liability
There is no liability for  Vintageitalianbike  in case of damage by using the goods, especially by false use. In that case there is no right for compensation claims unless  Vintageitalianbike acted
